Our senior instructors have mastered their skills in the field of adult instructional technology, and are certified trainers under the National Environmental, Safety and Health Trainers Association (NESHTA). We invest in annual program improvements, and incorporate varied learning techniques in the classroom.
Often the requests come with a need to purchase a training program to offer in-house. We do not prepare "canned" training programs as a final product, but we can provide Train the Trainer lesson plans. All of our lesson plans are tailored to fit the company, yet are cost effective to meet our clients’ budget. Prior to developing a lesson plan, PTP works with the client to perform a "needs assessment" for the training class. The needs assessment is a step-by-step method for specifying behavioral objectives. The behavioral objectives then form the basis of the lesson plan. PTP can further customize the lesson plan by incorporating illustrations that are from the client's location.
